A Status Yellow rain warning will be in place for Leinster, Munster and Galway from 4pm on Friday until midnight on Saturday.
The four flights had been due to land at Cork Airport.
The first named storm of the season, Storm Antoni, has hit Ireland.
The warning will remain in place until 11am.
